How can I track my driver’s location after booking a trip?
Once your trip is confirmed, you’ll have access to a real-time tracking feature within our app, which shows the driver's location in relation to your pickup point and destination.
How does H06 Rentals handle trip extensions?
If you exceed your booked time, our system will automatically start a count-up timer to track any extra time. Additional charges may apply based on the extra duration, which will be calculated and added to your final bill.
What is the cancellation policy at H06 Rentals?
Cancellations can be made through customer support 24 hours before the scheduled trip time without any fees. If canceled within 24 hours of the trip, a partial fee may apply.
